Loved this place. I wish we had booked more than 2 nights! The zoo is next door. We loved the breakfast and dinner here. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay, we was very well looked after! I would only score it down for the breakfast as it was just okay and we was alittle out the way of Ubud centre. Other than that it was great!

Staff were very freindly and at hand when needed. It was a nice quite location to begin our trip away from the chaos one has come to expect in Bali. The view from the room and dining room into the lush forest was very peacefully. Breakfast was good, however evening meals were very average. So much so, we decide to take the taxis in to ubud (about 30 minutes away) for dinner for the last 3 nights of our stay. Food and drinks are over priced for the quality, compared to the local area.it Bed was ok, however pillows 2 out of 10. Spa was excellent highly recommend. Rooms needed some TLC, doors hard to open to bathroom, tap in bathroom didn't work as it should. Towels were clean (however stained) they need to replace them. Overall l think its rated as 4 star (maybe 3.5 stars) They just need to improve food, replace linen, review each room from top to bottom) The hotel price/package was good, however if we stayed in this area again we would try somewhere else.

We had a wonderful 9 nights at the Sebali Resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay with great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was also amazing and we had a couple of great full body massages by the experienced team. Srina, you have magic hands!! All the staff are so polite and accommodating, they are well trained and most speak English very well. There were only two things that weren’t great but one was not the fault of the hotel. The adjacent resort, the Kayon, was expanding and renovating. When you headed to either of the restaurants for meals you could see and hear all the machinery and tools being used. It ruined the atmosphere but it became amusing for my husband and I to watch the building practices. We thankfully couldn’t hear any of the construction work from our room, so we had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waterfall as we fell asleep or relaxing by our pool. The only other issue for us was the bed. It was very hard, but Patek from housekeeping did his best to add an extra layer of softness for us. We still had a wonderful time and would return to the property, but would suggest the management invest in some new mattresses and maybe some sun cover by the private pools.

We love, love, loved this accommodation! The setting is peaceful surrounded in nature. The staff was helpful at all times. Communication was one of the best of any place we ever stayed! They want you to have the best holiday, they checked in on us multiple times. Kept you in the know. Updated us on what was the activity of the day. It was very smart. The room was beautiful! They prepared everything perfectly for arrival. We highly recommend this property. It could not have been better.

This hotel was much more than I expected. The staff catered to our every whim and made sure that our suite was always clean. We had an amazing experience and will return if we get a chance to return to Bali.

Best hotel experience

Stunning view from the room and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive

The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Since I got there early, I decided to book a pampering massage at the spa—one of the best decisions I made! Even though I wasn’t fully prepared, the staff were incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend the massage and bath experience. They even take photos for you, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the view, and the shower was amazing! I enjoyed both the room service and dining at the restaurant, and I also recommend attending their cultural dance night on Thursdays. The complimentary shuttle to the town center was another great perk. I also took advantage of their private tours. They work with you to create an itinerary based on what you’d like to see, so it’s helpful to have a plan in mind. My guide, Dagus, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. I especially loved the Ubud day tour. The cultural tour, however, is something I think you could easily do on your own, so if I were recommending one to a friend, I’d probably skip that one. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort was beautiful. There’s nothing quite like it. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We had the absolute dream holiday here. Waking up to the most beautiful views! The staff were amazing! Going to the restaurant, staff felt like friends from the minute we arrived. Ocean was the loveliest human, and every interaction came with a genuine smile! But all the staff were lovely 😍 We had a villa overlooking the rice fields with a private pool. The first night there were a few issues with the pool pump but by lunchtime the next day it was all fixed 👌 The food was so delicious...highly recommend the coconut prawns...and well everything on the menu to be honest! So yummy. Room 101 is next to the main pool area so can get a little bit of noise and the plumbing is a bit rumbley. But other than that little thing, everything was amazing! Great value for money ,fantastic staff, free shuttle to Ubud and a lovely rice field tour to watch the sun rise! Will definitely come back! To our new friends at Puri Sebali, suksma ❤️
