Courteous and responsive staff. Modern. Comfortable room. Met at airport with scheduled car and attendant that waited over an hour because of a late plane. Dinner was delicious and our server was excellent. A very pleasant hotel and heartedly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for several nights and were delighted by the whole experience. The staff are very kind and the service was impeccable. The location is ideal for exploring Boudha area and the delicious and fairly-priced on-site restaurant made it easy to improvise plans each day. Truly exceptional property. We can’t wait to return. Namaste!

The hotel and staff were decent, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, our one-night stay was quite unpleasant because the AC in our room did not work at all. The room was extremely hot and humid. Three different times, technicians came to check it and told us it was fixed, but the AC never actually worked. The food quality was also disappointing—I’d rate it around 4/10. We have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels in the U.S., and the food quality there is significantly better. Before checking out, we asked if the hotel could offer any compensation for the inconvenience, but our request was declined. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay.

Great staff. Especially the gentleman who runs the breakfast, (which is delicious too), . I would stay here again, no question.
