La Veranda in Phu Quoc Vietnam is a special place! The perfect mix of all the right B’s - boutique, bougie, boho, bliss, and beach! I went there for 3 days alone after a week long business trip in China and this place checked all of the boxes for me! Your check-in takes place at the bar with your welcome drink! The grounds are lush with greenery and exotic flowers and cleaned constantly. My room was ocean view and a huge space! I could easily hear the ocean from the balcony and I could be on the beach in less than 1 minute. The beach service was great and the security and towel staff do an amazing job of keeping everything clean and safe. I had every meal at the resort except for the last day for lunch after I checked out. The Vietnamese food I tried at breakfast and for dinner was exceptional and very fresh. The drinks were very unique and great quality. Live entertainment every night. I had a message at the spa which was excellent. Lastly, is the best reason why you should stay here and that’s the staff! I was called by name by almost every one even right after I checked in. Every request was quickly answered and they went out of their way to truly help. Everyone is happy to work there and it shows! If you want to truly relax and visit a different place, this is it!

We had a very enjoyable stay at New World Saigon Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to Ben Thanh Market, restaurants, shopping and many of the main attractions in District 1. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel facilities were very well maintained. We were offered an upgrade to a suite on the 11th floor, which had additional costs, but was well worth the space and view! Breakfast was a highlight, with a large variety of both local and international options. The pool area was also a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with great service, excellent facilities and a fantastic location.

First off, staff were very helpful, accommodating my early arrival at lunchtime, sadly the room wasn’t up to standard, damp smelling, humidity issues and clearly an underlying problem not addressed. In general the whole hotel feels a little tired, aged and under cleaned - excessive use of sealants leave the aesthetic feeling make shift, a far cry from 4 let alone 4 star facilities. Staff were more than helpful, they just need a comprehensive refurb to reach a 5 star standard.

It’s first time staying at Mango Bay, it’s beautiful, serene and quiet. It has a lots nature surrounding the areas, it’s a rare experience for sure. The food is amazing, very creative and tasty; it offers a few local dishes and new modern dishes. I would definitely come back again. September is a windy season so the waves are high and loud, I would come back in another month of year.

Incredible beach villas and resort! So much space for my entire family in the villa. We loved the pools, beach access and breakfast. Will definitely stay again!
