The staff at the hotel were wonderful! Jairo and Eduardo were absolutely wonderful. I was greeted with a fruit drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was superb. There were so many delicious fresh fruits and juices. The hotel is beautifully maintained with on-site security in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!

The staff were incredible and service was 10+ Very relaxing stay enjoyed snorkeling around the island. Although there are day groups they come in they are quiet and the music played at the beach is very subtle. The food was very good with lots of variety

My husband and I stayed at Charleston Santa Teresa for six nights to celebrate my 40th birthday in early June 2026 and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! From the welcoming and very helpful staff to the beautiful hotel and amenities and let’s not talk about the perfect location and comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa and would highly recommend it to individual travelers, couples, and families. The pool/rooftop view is priceless!

Best hotel in Cartagena

The hotel and amenities are great after 3pm the day parties ends and the 6 rooms that are on the resort become quiet and you get to relax the rest of the evening. It is not a party location after 3pm.the staff is amazing and very attentive and welcoming.

Great property to stay at. It’s close to everything and taxi prices are reasonable.

Perfect location in the center of old town. Stunningly decorated and furnished - felt both modern and distinctly Colombian. The staff were truly outstanding, offering generous and friendly help at every turn. The breakfast is included and delicious. The rooms were perfectly air conditioned and had black out curtains, offering a welcome reprieve from the sun after a long day out and about. The rooftop pool is small but luxurious and has incredible sunset views! We loved it here and will definitely be back!!
