French Alps Spa Vacations

We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade. For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared. There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings. Great hotel. A bit too far from center of chamonix

Just south east of the main strip, Les Algions stands out as a relaxing retreat from the trails. Equipt with a gorgeous pool, spa and saunas it rounds out a perfect Chamonix trip. With most if not all romms having balconies, this could be the perfect relaxing hotel. As an added bonus, it is across the street from the bus stop, now for most cities that is not a bonus but let's remeber this is France not Newark. Easy to catch the Felxibus back to Geneva

Great location Great breakfast Lovely staff Wonderful room with a great view No air conditioning which wouldn’t usually matter but it was a heatwave, Great pool, shame that use the other spa facilities were closed until the afternoon which meant it was full of teenagers hanging out in the jacuzzi most days once they did open

Excellent Hotel! We stayed here before and after our 10 day TMB hike. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The spa with sauna, cold plunge, pool and much more being an included service was top notch. Perfect for sore bodies after hiking 10 days!! Beautiful rooms that are perfect for families! We definitely recommend this Hotel.
