Great location, cool building. Stayed in bungalow, but AC was ridiculously loud and when I gave the front desk an opportunity to rectify the issue they sent a guy to change the filter…that’s fine, we can breath cleaner air, but did nothing for the rattle. Staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant/bar are especially good. I’d come back but to try the main house

Great time to rest! Loved the lower bar area, the toro toro restaurant is mediocre for being in the four seasons and wouldn’t suggest reservations, the noise combined from weddings and the restaurant don’t blend well in my opinion. Other than that all was great!

I booked a night at Hotel Zaza for a staycation. I wanted to enjoy the pool, and a day without kids. Kiki and her poolside crew made the day so enjoyable, and I can’t wait to book my next stay. When she found out I was celebrating my birthday, she went above and beyond to make sure it was a celebration.
