Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a modern, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable with amazing attention to detail. Everything in the mini bar is available for free and they refill it every day! I felt pampered the whole time and the king size bed was almost a cal king bed (which is not common in Europe) so we loved it! The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and professional, One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!

The hotel was great, the locaation was fabulous, the view of Salzburg stunning and the roof top bar was amazing.

Overall this was a very nice stay. Our room was spacious and very quaint with a nice little balcony. The hotel gave us a free bus pass for our stay. We were able to ride the bus to Salzburg and back without any problems. The breakfast buffet was good. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived.

We had an amazing stay at the Ferienhotel Knollhof and wouldnt hesitate to stay again or recommend it! Lovely clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff and the location is fantastic with a breathtaking view of the mountains!! Thank you for a wondeful experience in beautiful Schladming!

Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town. The views over the town are however are amazing.

Food was delish, staff just awesome and Toni at the piano bar was the best of all!
