We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us!

Rooms are not well maintained but are clean.
Front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly most of the staff are very nice. Except the ones that control the pool entrance and not to mention the manager. As a business owner I would be very disappointed to have someone like him representing my business in any way.
He’s high-handed and arrogant. The restaurant staff is always friendly the food is okay.
Breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious.
The hotel has a high potential they just need to renovate it.
