Did a little staycation. Was my second time at PP and it was even better than the first time. Property is immaculate and the staff was exceptionally professional and attentive.

We loved our room in the Stone Lodge and dinner at Talia, but the pools were packed, lots of flowing alcoholic bevs, ladies groups, couples doing their thing. No amenities around pools such as waitstaff, towels, cool water or anything really. Reminded us of Vegas.

The Hotel is in a great location and such close proximity to the beach, restaurants and everything downtown. It is older but has been well maintained. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. We had no need for a car as we wanted to be on the island for our three day stay and everything is walking distance.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was dirty and not up to the standard you would expect for the price. The parking situation is also a complete joke rude staff, confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating.
On top of that, make sure you carefully check what you actually booked versus what you were charged for. I would strongly recommend reviewing your reservation and final bill before leaving.
Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would think twice before staying here again.
