Courteous and responsive staff. Modern. Comfortable room. Met at airport with scheduled car and attendant that waited over an hour because of a late plane. Dinner was delicious and our server was excellent. A very pleasant hotel and heartedly recommended.

The hotel is very far 1 hour by taxi from Sauraha where the national Park is in. So, I chose the jeep safari tour from the hotel which didn't take us to the national Park, instead to the buffer zone only.
The tour was good but very expensive.
