i do enjoyed everything!nice clean room,staff are very courteous.except i can't open the door in the balcony, which made me dissapointed,acc to staff ,guest are not allowed to open it.

best place to stay especially for the location/views, private beach, and much quieter than station 1 area. definitely the best hotel on the island.

Wonderful staff at breakfast

Quiet and peaceful stay (8 days), easy access via TukTuk to D-Mall and beaches. Limited food options on site but ok - great if you like Filipino, Italian or Thai food. Like many places in the Philippines a bit harder if lots of vegetables are required. Pools are nice and plenty to choose from, private beach is nice and only. A very short walk to another popular beach. if you are an early riser, an early espresso or an early swim are not available (beach maybe?) - seems like coffee shops open at 10am, pools at 9am. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom very good. Had some issue with the water heating and AC but both were fixed promptly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

We are a family with kids aged 12 and 14 and stayed for three nights. The entire experience from check in to check out was incredible. Everyone was genuine and cared about our stay. The property and rooms were immaculate, food was good. Buffet breakfast had everything you could need. The staff were always attentive and fun to talk with and it felt like you were hanging out with family. We loved that we could walk into the busy area but it was extremely quiet at night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We switched to a. Different hotel and are disappointed we didn’t just stay there for the trip.

The room is clean but very outdated. Needs new grout in the bathroom. Bathroom needs renovation.

Very comfortable, awesome staff, very clean and kept well! Love the area, and we will be back.

Great location, staff very helpful, rooms clean and air condition worked great eat breakfast ( that was really good ) overlooking the beach, the boat dock for island hopping and snorkeling was right at the hotel when returning probably will choose this hotel again
