The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good. I cant say that about the dinner buffet. I gave stayed at the Bai Hotel 3 or 4 times over the last few years. It is my opinion that the quality of the food in the dinner buffet has really gone down hill. It was much better in the past.

All the staff were fantastic, but the first room they gave us was on the second floor, which had no sea view, only view to palm trees which obstructed the view. When we asked to get moved, there was hesitation and excuses about other rooms not being ready. When we checked back, we got moved to the fourth floor, but the room they gave us had an odor coming from the drain pipes. We were too tired to move again, so we dealt with it.
