Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning.
