Very loud construction upstairs. The staff is not friendly. The breakfast buffet was empty at 8 am

Clean rooms and provided free waters. Bed is pretty stiff but still comfy

The room was very nice and the whole process of checking in and out was easy

Quite a few hotels in this good area which some would be better run. No credit card facilities. Beware of charges ... not upfront. They even have a sticker on the room sign (Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up Room) stating 'Lost Fine 50 THB' but no notice about charging for bottled water. Just beware.

The rooms were quite large with spacious closets. Some of it a bit outdated but well kept. Provided fresh bottles of water everyday. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and super helpful and fluent in english.

Everything was excellent

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 10 yr old son. We had the king bed and we were all able to sleep comfortably on one bed. The sofa was large enough to have someone sleep there if needed as well. We loved the breakfast buffet sue to their variety of food to suit many palates. The service was spectacular. Our shower didnt drain since day 1 and once we told the staff, a maintenace man was there within 10 minutes or less. It is conveniently located to walkable nail salons and 711s among restaurants and much more. 16 minute walk to the BTS station as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel.. 5 min to the airport! Room was clean, big TV, comfortable bed! Had 2 Thai meals at the restaurant.. they were cheap and delicious! Pool area was awesome as well, great spot to chill out and catch the last few hours of Thailand sun before heading home to Canada!

The room was perfect in every way! The staff was kind, courteous, and really helpful. I needed a taxi to go on a tour, and they were able to make all the arrangements and for the airport. The food was good too. I appreciate and recommend this company.

The room was clean. The staff were very good. Very friendly. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was very varied. Lots to choose from. Good location close to the airport.
