Very clean and well-appointed apartment...AC worked great. Spacious enough for our family of 4. WiFi info on the back of your door...worked great. Front desk attendant was helpful. Solid location: about a 25 min walk to Old Quebec, shorter on the way back since it's downhill) This is an excellent spot for groups/families with lots of space. Since it's a relatively self-check-in hotel, you'll receive a link with your door code and suite #. Well I never got the link, and day of I called, I reserved and paid for parking, and soon got the link. You do have to reserve the parking in advance, as it's limited. With the parking reservation, you'll receive directions to the lot, which is right behind the hotel. There wasn't an elevator (apparently I missed this on the website)...not a ton of stairs, but just enough to be a little annoying in the heat. I have since read that there's a service elevator that could assist with luggage. I wasn't aware of that while we were there. There isn't any furniture to store clothing. We were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a big deal. The parking garage has a height restriction (another nugget I missed on website 6'2") We have a Toyota Highlander that barely fit....and actually parking it was an adventure since it's so tight. Honestly I thought the $25/day was more than fair. There was construction going on in the hotel, as it is being renovated. This would only affect those that are spending the day in the room.

Great location in Old Quebec. Very clean property. Helpful staff. I would stay there again if I came back.

Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. Google maps are incorrect due to streets that are no longer open to vehicles. 24 hour parking lot is located on main drag about 5 blocks away. For this apartment check-in and documentation is submitted electronically online at website link sent by vendor. They will e-mail access code on day of check-in since there is no front desk. There is also a buzzer at entrance to apartment that can be used to communicate if you have issue upon arrival. Plenty of local restaurants in the area. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a bit of a walk from the apartment so bring a backpack or reusable shopping bags.

Very nice place overall. Kitchen was adequately outfitted for light cooking. It is an interior apartment, and the only windows are at the back of the building in the bedrooms. However, they have relatively thin white curtains which do not block light. In summer, the sun comes up very early and these bedrooms could use blackout shades. Decoration is charming. One HVAC was not working, we contacted owner, maintenance man responded in half hour and fixed it. Space is clean. Bathrooms are excellent. Parking is very convenient about one block away in an underground, invisible parking deck. There was a card to swipe in and out of parking deck, which was super easy.
