Hotel needs updating. Years ago hotel was e exceptional, hotel has excellent location but should provide discounted breakfast and free or greatly reduced parking. The hotel has lost the power to enforce parking privileges to customers. Touch ups needs around the edges all over the hotel. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned or removed.

The hotel was nice, our room was lovely, the restaurant and bar area were very nice. The only problem we encountered was a downed two elevators out of three upon afternoon check-in. It took quite a while to get onto the elevator and up to our room on the 21st floor.
My husband went to the fitness center on the top floor and said it was so hot. He could not stay and work out very long.

The lobby smelt like weed and there was one person working the desk during check in with a long line of people waiting. The breakfast wasn't free like we were told. The Valet regularly blocked out ability to get into the parking garage.
