My sister and I were here for three nights. Never once did housekeeping come, even when we went downstairs and asked. We ended up going downstairs to get additional towels, coffee, blankets, etc. Hallways and elevator areas were unkept. Room phones didn’t work, safes were on low battery so were useless. They did, however, bring another one. Casino was nice and a short boardwalk to Golden Nugget, which by far was a much nicer resort. Not sure if they were short handed on staff but overall, I would NOT stay here again.
