I think it is overpriced for the tiny bedroom lacking even one chair. The restaurant is very expensive- 360 euros for a meal for 4 people.

Breakfast had plenty of options.
Staff super nice and helpful when we had a medical situation arise. There were no steps at the entrance to navigate which turned out to be necessary for our friend. The hotel still had a feel of being the former palazzo that it was. I would stay here again if ever in Budapest for another visit. Tram and bus connections nearby, as well as restaurants, which we needed once mobility was an issue.

If you want luxury from home to home feeling 45 Maison is your place to stay . Beautiful stylish luxury hotel which pays attention to the detail . Friendly and helpful stuff . Location is great , walking distance to all main sightseeings .
As a solo traveler felt safe and looked after ,definitely will stay again and highly recommend this place to everyone who’s visiting Budapest.

Lovely hotel in super location. Short walk from airport bus and from metro stations.
Breakfast very good.
Afternoon wine & cheese very much appreciated. Lovely Hungarian wines. Honey with cheese was a great idea. Great live music during this time too.
