Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Amazing stay. Like a 5 star experience. Staff was friendly EVERYWHERE! Room was beautiful. Great view, pool and beach. Newly refurbished which elevates the experience. Location was fantastic. Beautiful hotel and amazing people.

The property is wonderful. I would definitely book a longer stay. My only complaint that I had was the location of my hotel room. I was given an ADA room near the elevator on a really busy floor (i.e. fitness, business centers, meeting rooms etc...) I would have preferred to be on a higher floor less traveled. Hopefully, the ADA rooms will be given to guest that actually need it. It's understood that the residents have the ocean views and that was totally ok.

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. The overall atmosphere made my trip even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location and great value. If you have an early flight before reception opens I’d suggest to arrange check out process beforehand
