Isla Cedros Pet-friendly Vacations

My stay was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. I did not feel welcomed, as the receptionist seemed stressed and preoccupied. It was an exceptionally hot day, yet no refreshments were offered upon arrival. While waiting for my sister’s reservation to be processed, I casually mentioned wanting some wine; the receptionist asked a colleague to pour some, but the service felt indifferent and lacked any hospitality. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that there was no decaf coffee, herbal tea, or any caffeine-free beverage options available for guests. The next morning there was no coffee in capsules to make, instead there was a pot of coffee and it was cold and there were no options of cream. I'm lactose intolerant. The sofa bed was not put together when we requested it before we went out for the day. It's an expense hotel and need to put more attention to details. Latitude 32 service was super slow and had cold coffee. Room service at the pool it took 1hr for nachos. there were only two parties at the pool.

Spa and Bar staff great service amazing people and very professional and very helpful I had a wonderful weekend experience with my husband the cleaning service was great too I will be back soon with my children! Thank you so much for your service

Wood curtains had a lot of dust, bathroom had a funky smell and while showering all the water will get out on the floor

Overall a great place to stay. Beautiful property and a comfortable bed. I agree with the other reviews regarding the shower issue. There was no water pressure and there was no hot water.
