The rooms were great and by far the best feature. There was a privacy wall separating the kids from us, and they each had their own bed -- their favorite part of our trip-- The rooftop pool sounded great, but in reality was very tiny, and the bar was small and full of dirty dishes left by others. The staff I dealt with checking in were by far the worst part of the hotel experience. The woman who checked us in was not helpful, was short with us the entire time- we just needed to hand her our passports (everyone was exhausted by this point)- waved me off when I asked about parking the rental. She did not tell us how to open the gate. Had to walk back up the hill and around to the front of the building because we couldn't turn the car around. All that needed to be said was to push the tiny yellow button (there was more than one button to push) and give the room number to the person answering--- pretty simple when you know what's expected.
I was happy to move on to the next place.
