We also took the half boards which includes every dinner, but also the dinner doesn’t include any soft drink or water even. So I think they should include this since the hotel rates are not cheap. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. We asked prior to our checkout as we have 2 children under 2 and were told to ask on the day. When I asked that morning, the staff (different from the rest of the week) seemed surprised that i would ask such a thing and were disinterested and told us flatly no, but we could get showered and changed up by the soa area. This would have been ok, but with 2 infants and our luggage packed and kept by reception this made it laborious and to be honest left a sour memory, which is a shame as the rest of the staff throughout the week were perfect. The only other thing was that we were put in a room downstairs, this again was difficult with a buggy and 2x infants.
