The room was small, but fine. The bed was comfortable. The TV was too big so it covered the thermostat control panel, and the remote Guide button didn’t work. Also, the water pressure in the shower was super weak… glad I didn’t need to wash my hair. But location, general vibe, and staff were great.

We came to the property for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in through the doors, we felt pampered. Everyone on staff was friendly, high energy, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff was top notch as they went above and beyond with expectation on not only keeping things clean, but organizing our clutter, leaving thoughtful birthday treats, and making us feel comfortable. I now do not want to travel without staying at a 4 seasons property. They made our experience 10 times better!

Great location. Stayed 3 nights in a suite. I had issues with two things. One major and one minor. I was with my family so I slept on a sofa bed. This area is separate from the main bedroom. Unfortunately the wall connecting this to the next neighbor room is paper thin. I can hear every word from my neighbor. They were up late but not yelling or blasting music. Just normal conversation can be heard so cant blame them. The main bedroom was fine when you close the doors that connects the bedroom to the sofa room. It is an issue with the walls and not much the hotel can do. The minor issue with this hotel is that you have to take two separate elevators to get to your room. One to the lobby and then another for the rooms. Otherwise the hotel was good. Just didnt have a great experience given it is a fancy hotel when you dont sleep well.
