Southwest Houston Mountain Vacations

Booked a 2 room suite for an hefty price… specifically to have 2ROOMS.. and they gave my room to someone else. They made us take 2 rooms on separate floors but only after we had to use the room they gave us for a night which entailed sharing a bed.. totally not ok! And it ruined the vibe. Totally unacceptable to do this when I booked so far in advance. No excuses- this is wrong. They tried to make it right but it was a total pain for one of us to have to switch rooms after one night. How awkward. Talk about being stressed on vacation..;( Booked a massage and it was pretty bad as well. Otherwise the property is gorgeous except the pool that was just OK.

This hotel is superior in every way. Old school elegance, guests are their priority! We had dinner and stayed one night to go to see a play the next day. They upgraded us to the PH suite, kept our bags after check out while we went to the show. Walking distance to every venue. Valet parking superb. Can’t rave enough about this hotel. Restaurant is also excellent.

This has been my favorite stay at any hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had no issue getting early check in even though It was around 10am & check in was at 3pm. The staff immediately helped us get our bags up to the room & even kept them locked away for us after check-out so we could explore a bit more before heading to the airport. My favorite thing about my stay was the complimentary transportation within 2 miles. They took us around in a nice, clean Tesla and had us feeling so important lol. I would 100000% stay again!

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.
