We spent two nights here in a beachfront villa, and it exceeded expectations.Location: Direct, private access to a clean, quiet stretch of beach—no crowded or loud vendors.Rooms: Impeccably clean, cold AC, and a private pool where we watched the sunset every night.Service: The front desk expedited our paperless check-in, and the beach attendants regularly checked in with fresh towels and ice water.Tip: Request a villa on the north side of the property for maximum quiet. Highly recommended!

During my stay, we didn't have water for almost a full day. The amenities were very limited. The kitchen and the bar closed at 5pm. They had a ton of mosquitos in the lobby. The first room they put me in the bed and sheets were made but the sheets and pillows smelled like a sweaty man. The staff was very curious and friendly. The breakfast was very basic.

I stayed at Bora Bora Beach Club Hotel for two nights and I absolutely loved it. It’s a very upscale resort with beautiful decor, delicious food, great music, and a breathtaking beach. The staff were exceptional, with great personalities and wonderful energy. I especially want to mention Ivana, who was the warmest and most exceptional person I met during my stay. She has an amazing personality and really made the experience special.

Great location, beautiful view, and a charming boutique hotel. The hotel is centrally located, with a great view. Our room overlooked the historic clock tower, which was a lovely bonus. The entrance to the building may initially scare you off, but once you reach the floor where this small boutique hotel is located, it completely changes your impression and meets expectations. The location is excellent — within walking distance of Getsemaní and Cartagena’s historic center, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Because it is right in the heart of the action, the area can be lively and noisy at night, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. However, we enjoyed the atmosphere and felt the location was well worth it. The room was clean, and the staff was overall helpful and accommodating. One thing we were disappointed by was receiving a surprise cleaning charge at the end of our stay. We would have appreciated clearer communication about this fee during the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for its central location, cleanliness, views, and convenience for exploring Cartagena.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Cartagena was nothing short of spectacular. The property is well designed, centrally located and have all the amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The rooms were pristine and cofee and breakfast were well made and delicious ! Most of all, the staff made us feel most at home. From Daniel who welcomed us, Juliet/Yulieth and Onoris at Patio Limonar to Andres and Angely from the coffee bar Rialto- all of them made our visit most memorable !
