Fläming Mountain Vacations

It is a wonderful well kept and well priced hotel with great breakfast, nice pool and saunas. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Potsdam.

The staff were very polite and helpful on arrival. The carpet in the room had a couple of small stains, other than that, was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a small shop for snacks, drinks and other useful things was helpful.

Second time here, live the hotel and location. It’s not super central but beautiful and very accessible. I will be back!

Overall, we had a good experience at the SANA Berlin, but the hotel could use some additional maintenance and attention to detail. We stayed in a Junior Suite for six nights, which was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom. The shower door was slightly misaligned and needed to be lifted when opening and closing, and one of the bathroom sinks was draining very slowly. Due to our schedule, we didn’t report these issues during our stay, although we did expect that housekeeping might notice the slow-draining sink and have it addressed. The hotel gym was underwhelming and didn’t look quite as impressive as it did in the photos. More importantly, when we tried to use it, the temperature was unbearably hot, which made it difficult to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was fairly standard with no particular surprises. That said, it was sufficient for the price and offered a reasonable selection. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly the spacious and quiet rooms, but some basic maintenance and improvements to the gym would make the experience considerably better.

Lovely big room, very clean. We liked having the kitchenette area. Friendly staff. Great location 4 minutes from the station and an easy walk into the city centre and all the sights.

It's not exactly as described. I booked twice and requested a room change, as the description included a small refrigerator, which wasn't actually there. However, the location is excellent.
