Staff was extremely helpful in helping us book taxis and dinner reservations. Room was clean, cool and comfortable. It was a bit loud in the mornings when they were cleaning other rooms but we were out late and sleeping in. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Great location to the swimming area and quick walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend.

Can’t love this hotel more. From the very moment I was picked up from the port and checked in, Mr Roussos ensured it was a five star experience. The hotel is a grand neoclassical home turned hotel. The corridors are exquisite as are the huge stunning double doors entering into a comfortable and tastefully appointed air conditioned room. It was the perfect haven to relax after a full day out. The rooms are well stocked with high end toiletries, lush robes, slippers and a welcome gift of mastic liqueur and loukoumi. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and elegantly served. Looking forward to returning.

The staff was kind and friendly like the staff at every other hotel in Greece; nothing remarkable. They don’t answer when you call and the wi-fi barely works so it was the least tech savvy hotel I stayed at. There were moments when no one was in the hotel except one housekeeper so it felt deserted most of the time. The rooftop views are gorgeous but they don’t have an outdoor seating area. I went up there to take photos and the door locked me out and no one was able to help for over five minutes and no one answered the phone or email. I would not return.
