loved this hotel, honestly my favorite stay during my whole time in china. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk, to the ladies making the breakfast. Also they have such a great facility with common areas that are always kept very clean.

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.

Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

Team on reception desk was not very helpful. Missinformed (did not know the check out time, and that breakfast was booked as well). Room was Ok but smelled of cigarets. Also shower not very clean. Breakfast ok. The gym was very limited.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The peaceful Zen like atmosphere was such a lovely refuge after a day of running around in the craziness of Shanghai. The most gorgeous environment. Beautiful room, delicious food, fabulous spa. But mostly all the staff were unbelievable. So warm, helpful, and friendly. Didn’t want to leave.
