Skokholm Island Mountain Vacations

grubby room, broken and damaged furniture, very cold with no instructions how to operate the air con unit, bad stains on the wall in bathroom, paint damaged and flaking, curtain rod broken.

Lovely hotel...excellent location for Utilita arena. Reception staff very helpful. Staff at breakfast were great, came to check that everything was ok. Great breakfast selection. Room and all areas of hotel were clean. Great night sleep despite being near a busy road...couldn't hear the traffic from the room. Would definitely recommend 😊

Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location.

Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual for a self catering apartment. Check out was 11am so I was very concerned that the housekeepers let themselves into my room without knocking at 9.53. I was in bed. I might have been in the middle of a shower. I would not normally put all this in a review, but I raised these issues in an email to the property to which I have not received the courtesy of a reply.

Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location.

We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!

Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.

Room was a good size and well appointed. Free parking in secure car park at back of hotel and cooked breakfast being included in the room rate made for excellent value overall. The food from the restaurant was also excellent and the bars were great.
