Nice location, near Naha bus terminal, free lounge bar, very good breakfast

Unfortunately, our experience was not what we had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room at the very end of the corridor. As soon as we opened the entrance door, we noticed a loud rushing-air, which seemed to be related to the room’s ventilation or air pressure. The room itself also felt quite dated, with visible stains on the wallpaper. Overall, we felt that the room could have benefited from more thorough maintenance and cleaning. The biggest concern for us was the condition of the extra bed. The duvet cover on the extra bed had visible dust and hair on it. When we looked more closely, we also noticed what appeared to be a bloodstain on the cover. As we were travelling with children, we did not feel comfortable having anyone sleep on the extra bed. When my husband moved the extra bed slightly away from the main beds, he found a discarded coffee cup underneath it, apparently left by a previous guest. This made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The wooden cabinet door covering the mini-fridge was broken and hanging off its hinges, with part of it falling down. We understand that hotels can occasionally have maintenance or housekeeping issues, but we were disappointed that several problems occurred during the same stay.

The property was lovely, however our room had a strong stench from the humidity in the building. Unfortunately, I got sick from the breakfast buffet; I had the salted salmon, scrambled eggs and rice with a salad and immediately vomited after. We ate off property for the remaining days we stayed. The resort is beautiful and picture worthy with lots of activities to stay entertained, however the room smell and buffet quality made me rethink the overall care and attention to detail.

I don't think I knew what it meant to have a private resort. There was not a crowded Beach and the beach was exactly like the photos White Sands soft and the most beautiful water. It's very relaxing, you can ride bikes around the resort. Play tennis there's a couple pools. We just had the best day ever and it's so reasonably priced. It feels more extravagant when you arrive
