We loved our time we had two I love the location the decor the staff the breakfast everything the bar the cocktails .. I could not fault this hotel

Paid £230 +£24 for breakfast for a deluxe room booked a month ago for my sons graduation got keys for room 5oclock room was filthy carpet had dirt spots all over it bathroom had mould and hairs and dirt everywhere tiles never had been cleaned was given another room on the seventh floor a bit cleaner but had no option had meal booked for 6.30 told reception next morning done nothing never seen worse
