Staff friendly and quick check in process. Although, at check-in I was given misleading information about the ac in my room, which was not working in this Texas heat! The entire 11th floor was hot. AC unit very loud blowing sticky warm air. Maintenance came but only to check temp. Nothing else was done. Not even a room change to lower floors that were cooler. Room needs updating. Nice views. Just hot room!
