Excellent hotel for a family holiday with kids in Venice

Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack. A special mention needs to be given to Sam, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful; and Alex and Owen who supported us to get to the airport when a river taxi could not take us - both of whom are considerate and supportive. Additionally, the waiting staff at breakfast were professional and friendly; making sure the patrons’ breakfast needs were met. This is a beautiful hotel that goes that extra mile to ensure their patrons’ have a wonderful stay. Definitely, a hotel with the ingredients for a great Venezia visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Definitely a 5* experience. Lovely staff, great decor, unique room (we were in superior double). Good location. Fantastic breakfast - I had a omelette and it was the best out of all places we have stayed on holiday.

Breakfast was subpar Though the staff was super nice !! The bar area lacked any personality And we had to flag someone down to get a drink - it was better to go to the outside bar for drinks - Location was great only the hotels rating seemed more like a glorified 3 Star

The staff at this property went out of their way to welcome you. It was good to escape the crowds and chill out over dinner. Loved the hotel and will return.

The garden where we had breakfast was very well kept everything was very nice. The people were wonderful very helpful. Water taxi was right outside our door available to us easy traveling from bus to water bus From airport bus line number five take to the end pick up a water taxi to S Toma line one or two

The hotel itself is such a beautiful museum! It’s a fantastic classic decoration.

We stayed in a room with balcony view, I requested one of the rooms that had a better view and a specific room, unfortunately this request wasn’t looked into as I had no feedback on it. Was a good stay overall, very Venetian style, but very dated and old looking. Breakfast was good, it was a bonus since food there is not cheap especially with a family. You need to leave your keys back at the reception when going out daily which was a little inconvenient. Convenient location with most things in reach.
