The staff was amazing and the hotel was exceptional. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the property but what stood out was the friendly staff (esp Lulu!). Great location, easy to access and really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the hotel! Parking in the area was horrible and the valet was 70 a night and I was told to just call for my car and it would be there in 10 minutes when I needed. I had an early flight and called for my car 20 minutes early to be sure and go to get it and there was no valet in sight and had to go to the desk and they had to call people so I ended up rushing for my flight so that was not great

The room was so cute and cozy. The layout reminded me of Japan which was very pleasant for us. The bathroom was my favorite with cozy dimmable lighting and the shower was so comfortable. I especially enjoyed the view from our window. The pillows were fluffy and the staff even brought me an extra one after bringing me feminine hygiene products. The bar and the view were incredible with the view of the capital building and the city. We also really enjoyed the food from the first floor restaurant. I was unable to try the breakfast due to early morning commitments but I can’t wait to try at our next stay!

Three of us stayed in a room called Cheshire! It is lightly Alice in Wonderland themed and so well done! Room was clean, spacious and fun! The entire historic property is high quality and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty! On-site 12 Spirits Tavern is convenient with a great vibe! As recommended by the bartender at 12 Spirits, we walked (a few minutes) to Charlie Brown's restaurant and bar for dinner. It has a broad menu, very reasonable prices and good service. We look forward returning to Patterson Inn the next time we are in Denver!

This hotel is nice, clean, and in a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. The hotel is small (probably about 15 rooms) and does not have a front desk or many amenities you would find at most hotels. However, it is above a fantastic restaurant and has very spacious rooms.
