Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The lobby staff were not very friendly and did not seem very patient with international guests who, like me, were unfamiliar with the area and needed some guidance. A little more kindness and understanding would make a big difference.
The air conditioning in our suite was not strong enough for such a large room, making it less comfortable than expected.
The breakfast was also quite expensive for what was offered. While it was decent, I expected a better variety and overall value for the price.
