Good clean hotel, comfortable stay, well connected to Lyon City Center. Highlight of the stay was helpful and always smiling staff.

Location! Perfect location for enjoying a visit to Lyon. Our room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed happy hour in the bar too.

Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.

This small hotel is well located within walking of old city and great restaurants. Junior suite in tower was beautiful. First class in all respects. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff that provided over the top service. Highly recommended.

There are not enough stars to give. This property is fabulous! We hope to come back to Lyon just to experience it again. The food is excellent even when not in the Michelin star restaurant. If you are traveling by car ask them for where to enter and access code. As it is located in a pedestrian location. The location is perfect as well. I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. I have stayed in Ritzs and Westins. The best!

We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade. For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared. There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings.
