Rooms were dated and beds were not comfy, but it was clean and the price was right.

The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere. Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.

Always enjoy my stay at The Brown Palace, such an elegant step back in time!!

We stayed one night on our way to our ski vacation and were impressed by the beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. And the service was fantastic, the gentleman at the front desk kept making sure we had enough waters and stayed hydrated.

Loved my stay only complaint if I could think of one is I need a little more light in my room it’s all ambient lights

Nice big two bedroom close to the main gondola for Aspen Mountain and downtown Aspen.
