Substandard service at the Kona Kai in San Diego. 3 star rooms and no restaurant open on Sunday or Monday. Coffee available in lobby from 4:39 AM to 7 AM only. Water available in room water bottles as a bonus.
This property is beautiful hover just poorly staffed and managed.
