Poole Keynes Fishing Vacations

I will stay here again, it was very convenient and comfortable.

The room was clean, however the shower was nothing more than a trickle, I spoke to staff at reception who advised they would "mention it" to maintenance but offered no resolution, Afywr spending the day our of the hotel I returned without any fix. Staff seemed uncovered by my complaint. On a side note, it would be useful to have a plug near to the bed to charge a phone, and the iron plug is unsafe. Thisnwas also mentioned to staff.

Excellent room and service

A very good hotel, and well placed for many attractions. Pity the restaurant isn't open on Monday's. I used the Italian restaurant next door, as it's convenient for me, but the prices are excessive, in fact a rip off!

The Inn is set in a very pretty location. The textiles in the room are in much need of updating; however, they are very comfortable rooms. The bathroom was large and adequately stocked. We had a large room, but there were people above us that made so much noise it made sleep very difficult. The staff were very nice and helpful. Both this property and the Manor house across the street have been acquired recently by a new company. I do hope this company will do everything it can to improve the food in the restaurant at the Inn. It Desperately needs a real bar. Thank goodness we were able to go across the street to The Manor to have our meals and cocktails there. As there is nothing to do in Lower Slaughter, you have to drive everywhere if you want any type of nighttime activity. It is ideal for a one night stay; however, we were there for three nights.

Everything was amazing at the catherine wheel. It was a very cosy room with great amenities and a very comfortable bed. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was amazing. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see in the village. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast
