Definitely budget friendly hotel, so you get what you pay for essentially. The hotel doesn't have central air to the rooms, there are window air units but it's just not the same as central air. They are noisy and the room felt damp the entire time, it was August though so that doesn't help. The bed is hard as a rock, but everything appeared clean, no damp smell and everything smelled fresh. The front desk lady was courteous when we checked in and the continental breakfast was fine, the coffee was really good and my husband enjoyed the waffles. Chances are that we wouldn't stay there again just because we wouldn't have the need to and in all honestly, we only chose it because it was cheap and we knew we wouldn't get to our room until late Friday and had to be on the road early Saturday.

We chose this property because of cost. Our expectations were fairly low, but the continental breakfast was almost non-existent. We went out to eat. The water was hot, the toilet flushed, and the sheets were clean.
