I spent a single night traveling through Lucerne with my wife and we had a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and updated, great location. Best of all, the staff were so friendly and welcoming- from the front desk to the breakfast service, each employee was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"The room was clean, just empty except for 2 beds and 2 short stools to sit on. No nightstands, dresser, closet, safe. No hand towels, only bath towels. One young man who checked us in was helpful, remaining staff were not. Witnesses rudeness towards other guests."
