8.8/10 Excellent! (915 reviews)
Although hotel was clean and staff were amazing, I found it overpriced for the room I paid for. My room was very small, we were tripping over our luggage. The bathroom was spacious but the room itself could have been bigger. We had an ugly view of a wall (not the water) the coffee and fridge area were so small it was difficult to make a coffee or tea.
The walk to any shops, restaurants and cafe’s is a half hour, nothing close by.
Staff was very attentive and very welcoming.
Breakfast was very good and on a beautiful terrace.

Central location. Just a short walk to public transport and the sights of Naples. Helpful and attentive staff and the hotel is just what you would expect from this class of hotel.
