It is an ok place if you are going to an event very nearby like a play or concert. There is no pool and the river is a fairly long walk through a pretty boring business district, so there are definitely better locations for general site-seeing, but if you get a great deal there is enough in walking distance to make it ok. The "included breakfast' was about the worst pre-packaged stuff I've ever had, so definitely don't think you are getting a good rate considering the food. They didn't even have Cheerios or granola, just sugar cereal. Someone came in off the street and took most of the other stuff two days in a row. Staff was aware and didn't do anything besides restock the food.

My only concern with this property is the location and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Unfortunately, it was not a very good experience because the property is located near a hospital, and we could hear ambulance sirens on the street approximately every 15 minutes. The constant noise was quite disturbing and made it difficult to get enough sleep and relaxation. Better soundproofing in the rooms would greatly improve the experience for guests.

Great place to stay for easy in and out of airport

Bed, okay; pillows, AWFUL! Curtain could not close completely so we had streetlights streaming in at night which is not optimal for a good night's sleep. They don't provide coffee in the lobby. We stayed here to "save" compared to the usual place, but at check-in were told that parking was going to cost $18/night! I have never in my long life EVER had to pay for parking. EVER! So this place, for me, doesn't have enough good to outweigh the MEH.
