Navosa All inclusive Vacations

Unfortunately, Beachcomber Island Resort was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised on Expedia. This property is listed as a 4-star resort, but in our experience, it was closer to a 2-star property at best. We saw roaches at the breakfast buffet, including on serving utensils. The food was poor, the drinks included in the package were nearly undrinkable, and our shower had mold. The rooms are not fully sealed, so noise carries throughout the night. We also felt overnight guests were often overlooked while staff catered more to day-trip visitors. The conditions were bad enough that we left three nights early and paid to stay elsewhere. We spoke directly with the General Manager about our experience. He later contacted me and stated that we would be refunded for our three unused nights and meals. At his request, I provided my banking information for the refund. After receiving it, he stopped responding. I have followed up and still have not received the promised refund. We travel frequently and have used Expedia for years, and this is the first property we have stayed at that differed this much from its listing. I strongly recommend Expedia reevaluate the 4-star rating. I would not recommend this property.

The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mana Island. It was the perfect place for our family to spend a week with so many fun things to do. The surrounding reef was amazing for snorkeling, the kids absolutely loved the beautiful pool, we loved the restaurants, and our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean, The Mana staff made the whole experience amazing with their warm, friendly, helpful and hospitable attitude. We can't wait to visit again.
