Our third stay. Always welcoming, lovely staff. Very clean rooms and facilities. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful pool area. We will return again one day.

The toilet seat was broken, and we had to wait half a day for it to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we couldn’t get a 5G signal at all. The soundproofing in the room was awful. On our last night, a couple staying in the room above us were fighting and shouting, waking us up at 4 a.m. We informed the manager, but he was unable to resolve the situation. As a result, the noise, shouting, and arguing continued, and we weren’t able to fall back asleep. Since it was our check-out day, we asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room. The manager said they could only extend it by one hour, which wasn’t helpful. In the end, our entire day before the flight was ruined because we were exhausted from the lack of sleep. A few more downsides: It takes more than an hour to get to Chania from the hotel, and the bus is usually overcrowded. There are no shops nearby. On the positive side, the area is very peaceful, the beach is within walking distance, and the food offers a good variety to suit different tastes. Other than that, it’s pretty much the same as any standard all-inclusive hotel.

We had amazing room with private pool view to the sea it was heaven room number 614 !!! This hotel has amazing location and fantastic view all over, only 25 min from airport, great service and staff, pools for adullts only and pools with the kids, SPA, inside pool, tennis court, be ready to walk in the resort/or you call the reception adn they come in a minute to pick you up since its very large and on top on the hill. Fantastic Stay!!! Thank YOU!!!

Great hill top view! But was an average place to stay unless you are well prepared! The hotel is very quiet, not a-lot service personnel readily available. Most service needs requires 1-day advance notice such as shuttle service down to Malia centre. We stayed at the Villa which was epic with family, but the kitchen was not fully equipped, so you will need to go to the nearest market for scrubbing pads and dish soap. Ask housekeeping for missing pots, but dont have all cooking tools. We rented a car so we can get around. No laundry facilities on site. The showers is old and has mold on the edges.

The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.
