Checked in, the staff had changed my room. Which was totally fine at first. I was sleeping when a maintenance worker banged on my door and startled me and my girlfriend. He kept on asking me to come to the door. I told him we were assigned to the room and he said that there may have been a problem with the lock. We had to go back to the desk (begrudgingly) and update the room. The staff was professional, particularly Mr. Gray (he was fantastic). The whole situation was just really inconvenient. We were exhausted from our travels and just wanted to be left to our own.
