Front desk staff is good. Maintenance is HORRIBLe. Took 1.5 days to get the a/c corrected. BOTH elevators were inoperative- repeat BOTH! Valet was good. Waiter is good. Pool heat failed. Manager on duty was good.

I was beyond impressed with the new One&Only Moonlight Basin. For a fresh opening, the execution is absolutely remarkable, the property is stunning, thoughtfully designed, and truly something special. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially our host Ivan, who went above and beyond in every possible way. The level of service here is extraordinary. As someone who travels constantly and stays in luxury destinations around the world, I can confidently say that service like this is rare to find in the USA. In my eyes, this resort surpasses every other luxury ski property I’ve experienced in the country. The food was incredible, the atmosphere exceptional, and the attention to detail unmatched. I will definitely be back and look forward to recommending this incredible property to many others.

Grab and go breakfast, only black coffee was fresh all other items was grab and go packaged items.

This is my happy place - this resort has all extra thoughtful touches that keep me coming back year after year! Turn down service with local caramels, the outdoor hut tub with breathtaking views, hot apple cider in the lobby and fully equipped rooms with everything you could want for. And huckleberry on top - the staff are the literal best!
