Beautiful rooms, lovely pool, and awesome hot tubs on the roof! The largest bathroom I have ever had.

Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

Overall one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at in all the countries I’ve visited.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was great and the property really clean. We had a newer room on the top floor. The newer section of the building has a view that is slightly more northerly than the other section of the building, so we had to look more sideways for a true sunset view, which was a bit disappointing. Still a beautiful view, just not quite what I was expecting. The 16th floor also requires you to carry an elevator key to access the floor, which was a pain. I wouldn’t stay on the top floor again for that reason. The pool area isn’t huge, which is nice as it never felt crowded. At the same time, it was hard to find a chair if you came in the afternoon. The pool temp was perfect and the staff made sure everyone was well taken care of. Some of the staff was friendlier than others, as expected. The restaurant’s were decent. I don’t think we had a bad meal. As I imagine with any all-inclusive, after a week, you get a bit tired of the same menu options, even when the menu switches every day in a cycle. I was disappointed we never saw the Asian menu at El Mirador the whole 9 days we were there. The cafe is amazing. The baking (conchas!) was great, paninis and smoothies custom made, and the staff all really friendly. I didn’t go until part way through our trip and wish I had stopped in on day 1! My biggest complaint, is that the constant expectation for tips was exhausting. All-inclusive would be better if I didn’t have to carry money with me all day long.

We had an incredible family vacation at Grand Palladium Vallarta. Our concierge Justo made sure we had reservations for all the restaurants and several sweet bonuses, including sparkling wine in our room. Highly recommend this resort for family fun- the shows are excellent, the beach is clean and beautiful, and the swim up bar keeps the parents happy ;)

We loved our stay at Rosita, very clean and lovely helpful staff and a fantastic price. Great location! We upgraded to beach view rooms which was well worth the small added fee, rooms were a good size and were very clean and bright with lovely bathroom. A/C was fantastic and there were lots of plug ins for charging devices. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Everything is good Restaurant Frida staff very friendly Jasmin very nice . The market Rafa very helpful and always willing to help. The pool bar Adrian very friendly. Thank you all I will be back
