Convenient Marienplatz location. Surprisingly quiet. Hotel could use some updates. Shag carpet in the room was weird and the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The slanted ceiling on the top floor was awkward because of my height. When checking in, a staff member was arguing with a customer, which was awkward to witness. Some nightmare material included, such as a German scene off of the stairway in a little room with plastic figures…. It’s hard to describe but I hope you never see it.

Nice room. Helpful staff. Hotel presents a great value. Extremely convenient location. Only 100m or less from the Hauptbahnhof station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Pros: Great staff and service at checkin and checkout, roof top bar is cool, central location walkable to many attractions. Cons: the property itself is not impressive, no grand lobby, small restaurant area, very small pool at the roof top advertised as a major attraction, limited breakfast buffet. If you ever stayed at a Ritz, Savoy, Four Seasons this hotel would be the least impressive one. Lastly, valet dung the trunk of my rental, not a big deal since I have full coverage but annoying to deal with the paper work.
