Wry nice hotel and great location.

Wonderful, wonderful hotel and a true life experience. Only negative was the "Dungeon" restaurant - rather faux in terms of trying to be something historical... Overall, we loved our stay!

The room and amenities are in a great area and if you ever need help, ask for Agatha she was incredible and helped us settle in so quickly

I booked a superior king adult only room with LAKE view we got a room that over looked a tin large roof with pipes on it if one stood on left side of large window one could see a large car park ( yes we could see our own car ) but beyond that was at least 2 brightly colourful enormous water slide area for folk to use it's should be called A Resort which we would have avoided like the plague.I went down to the front desk to ask if we could move to a room across from our room only to then be told by a BRISK front desk manager who took over from a sweet young front desk girl " ALL our deluxe rooms are full & you booked through a third party " this was said so loudly that other booking in guests could hear what she said to me _ I felt humiliated _ her attitude was towards me _ we have got your money _ I definitely was made to feel not a guest but a NUMBER in the evening unruly children were allowed to run about in the bar area & SCREAM it was horrendous. On leaving next morning the poor young lady on the front desk politely asked " I hope you have enjoyed your stay " my reply shocked her when I said "No I cannot wait to leave "_ superior room is their deluxe _ & my advice to the young receptionist was Your manager needs to be trained _ she does not have the right approach to guests who politely request a room change the view was awful__ I have NEVER ever write reviews like this before never felt I needed too before .picture write up very misleading .

Staff was so nice and friendly, they answered all questions and also gave some local restaurants and food spots in the area. The hotel is so clean !!!!

Room was nice and tidy. Had an issue with the shower head. It kept moving and spraying all over. Soaked the floor. There were some signs of mold in the grout, but overall good for one night. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices.
